Frank Seddigh and his team have spent more than 20 years as business counsel, finance, and accounting consultants to public and private companies globally.  From this experience, we fully understand our clients' strategic and risk management needs.  We can speak to financial impacts, debt considerations, shareholder complexities and listen to needs carefully.
